Management Team
Michael Rich
President & Chief Executive Officer

Michael Rich has over 20 years experience in the technology industry, including launching and growing new businesses, building strategic partnerships, managing product development, and overseeing operations and finance. Prior to joining Equitrac, he was Chairman & CEO for NetSpeak Corporation, a provider of VoIP network management, call management and desktop software. Earlier, he served as Vice President & General Manager, AT&T Business Internet Services and as Director of New Business Development with AT&T Global Information Systems. Mr. Rich earned both a MS Degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Miami and his BS in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Florida.

Angelo Gencarelli
Chief Financial Officer

Angelo Gencarelli has over 20 years of senior management experience in mid-size and entrepreneurial organizations. Prior to joining Equitrac, he was Senior VP of Operations and CFO for AppliedTheory Corporation, a publicly traded internet solutions company which offered a comprehensive suite of managed web hosting, connectivity and security services for outsourced enterprise mission critical applications. Angelo was the Chief Financial Officer of Bess Eaton Donut Flour Company, a privately held, 55-location retail chain of coffee and donut shops located in southern New England. Angelo started his career with Ernst & Young servicing a mix of public and private companies. Angelo graduated Magna Cum Laude from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York with a B.S in Accounting and a minor in Philosophy.

Andrea Maizes
Vice President, Human Resources

Andrea Maizes brings to Equitrac more than 20 years experience in human resource management in the high tech and professional services sectors. Prior to joining the company, she served as Executive Vice President of Resource Management for the Convergent Group, a consultant to utility and local government clients in implementing Internetbased business solutions. At Cambridge Technology Partners, she held several executive positions, including Director of Human Resources for Customer Relationship Management and National Director of North American Recruitment. She also served as Director of Human Resources for the management consulting practices of Ernst & Young, Arthur Anderson, LLP and Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Maizes earned her BS Degree in Psychology from Clark University.

Chris Wyszkowski
Vice President, Professional Sales

Chris Wyszkowski has more than 17 years of experience as an executive manager and software developer and leads the marketing teams dedicated to bringing Equitrac solutions to market. Prior to it's acquisition by Equitrac, Chris was President and CEO of ICG Research, an innovative provider of cost-recovery and expense management solutions for the professional markets. Chris was an original founder of ICG and led the company through its growth from a local solution provider to a global expense management supplier. Chris studied Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Michael Delaney
Vice President, Partner Sales

Mike is a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, with extensive sales and marketing management experience. Prior to joining Equitrac, he spent 10 years developing and growing the OEM partner and dealer business at EFI, an industry leading California based technology company, where he most recently served as Director of North American Sales. Prior to his service at EFI, Mike held various sales, marketing and product management positions with Xerox, NCR, Hoechst Celanese and 3M. Mike holds a BA in Social Science, from the University Of Western Ontario in London and a Diploma in Marketing from York University in Toronto.

Craig Walford
Vice President, Service and Support

Craig Walford has over 15 years experience in developing and managing customer support and professional service organizations, including 10 years at the senior management level. Prior to joining Equitrac, he was Vice President, Channel Sales and Customer Support, for Avotus Corporation, a technology company providing communications expense management solutions to global fortune 2000 companies. Earlier, Craig served as Vice President of Customer Support and Professional Services at Switchview, a global provider of call centre and telecom management solutions. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Craig also holds a post-graduate diploma in Telecommunications Management from Sheridan College, and has completed numerous management programs at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Erik Vander Ahe
VP Product Development

Erik Vander Ahe has over twenty years experience in product development and the technology sector, both in small start-up companies and mid-size organizations. He has architected software, managed development teams, and managed teams which implemented enterprise software at client sites. Prior to joining Equitrac, Erik was Vice-President of Client Services for CheckFree i-Solutions, a provider of electronic billing and payment software, where he was responsible for the professional services organization. Erik was the first architect hired by BlueGill Technologies and grew with the company, becoming Chief Technologist, until its acquisition by CheckFree. Erik graduated with an Honors B.S. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from McMaster University in Canada.

Noel O'Dwyer
Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances

Noel O'Dwyer is a seasoned alliances director who brings more than 15 years of experience in business development management for the software industry. His background has included establishing and managing channel relationships with major companies in the software development and document management markets. Prior to joining Equitrac, Mr. O’Dwyer worked for MetaCarta, a provider of geographic intelligence solutions, where he was Senior Director of Channels and Alliances. As the Director of Software Alliances at eCopy, a market leader in ad-hoc scanning software, Mr. O’Dwyer focused on building a 3rd Party Alliances Program to execute the company document integration strategy. Under his direction, eCopy created and delivered dozens of successful product integration partnerships to the office equipment dealer channel. Previously, he was a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager for Rational Software; and held senior positions at Cayenne Software, Inc. and FPS Computing, Inc. Mr.O'Dwyer holds a degree in Telecommunications and Computer Sciences, from Limerick University in Ireland.
