Account Executive

Responsible for marketing and selling Equitrac products within an assigned
territory. Duties include maximizing revenue within assigned territories and
coordinating sales efforts with the Sales Engineer when required.
Requirements include BA/BS degree or equivalent with a major in business or
marketing, 3-5 years successful software/hardware technical sales
experience, proven history of achieving or exceeding quota, experience
selling enterprise software solutions to the legal industry, experience
selling Cost Recovery, Time & Billing or other Software to the IT or Finance
departments within law firms, high energy level/drive to succeed, and
experience in a high transaction sales environment (100-300 deals per year
of $50K or less).
Technical Writer - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for planning and developing technical documentation,
including user guides, administrator guides and training materials. Requirements include a
degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, English or Technical
Writing/Rhetoric, two or more years experience in writing technical
documentation, good understanding of Windows operating systems and
networking, strong FrameMaker skills and excellent oral and written
communication skills.
Human Resources and Office Assistant (Part-time) - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for providing administrative support related to
various aspects of Human Resources and office management, including
recruiting, benefits administration and records management. Duties also
include working with the Director of Administration concerning facility
activities and administrative procedures related to facilities. This
role is a part-time opportunity, approximately 20 hrs/week, during the
mid-day period, Monday to Friday. Requirements include 3+ years
experience in an administrative role, preferably in the field of Human
Resources, a High School diploma and some college experience, strong
organizational skills, ability to work with all levels of
personnel/management, strong customer service skills, a high level of
attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Enrollment in a college program in Human Resources would be an asset.
Director, Quality Assurance - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for the planning and implementing of software and
hardware testing, as well as managing the QA team, to ensure that
released products are of high quality. Requirements include a degree
or diploma in Computer Science or Engineering or four years of
structured software testing experience, two years of software testing
management experience, strong applied knowledge of network environments,
excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong
troubleshooting skills.
